STEP 1
The Lead2Call system phones the salesman, to connect them with a customer, in a round robin format meaning every salesman will get an equal number of calls.
STEP 2
An automated voice will read out loud the lead data from the enquiry form asking the salesman to accept or decline a call back to the customer.
STEP 3
If declined, the system will call the next salesman in line and repeat the lead data. Once accepted, the system will call the customer, thereby connecting the salesman and customer within minutes of the enquiry being sent.
